كيف تُكتب الأسئلة وتُعتمد
كل سؤال في منصة الاختبارات يمرّ بأربع مراحل قبل أن يراه الطالب:
- 1. الكتابة على المنهجنبدأ من ملف المقرر: وحداته ودروسه ونتاجات كل درس «أستطيع…» كما في كتاب الطالب. تُكتب الأسئلة على هذه النتاجات وحدها، وبصياغة الامتحانات الرسمية، ولكل سؤال شرح قصير يوضح لماذا الإجابة صحيحة وما الخطأ الشائع. نستعين بالذكاء الاصطناعي في الصياغة الأولى، ولا يُنشر شيء دون المراحل التالية.
- 2. الفحص الآلييرفض النظام أي سؤال لا يطابق القواعد: درس غير موجود في المقرر، إجابة غير محددة أو خارج الخيارات، شرح ناقص، رسم غير معروف، أو سؤال مكرر في الدرس نفسه. وتُطابَق الآيات القرآنية حرفيًا مع مصدر موثوق لنص المصحف، ولا تُكتب من الذاكرة.
- 3. المراجعةيصل كل سؤال جديد بحالة «بانتظار المراجعة»، فيُقرأ ويُجرَّب في نسخة المعاينة كما سيظهر للطالب، ويُصحَّح أو يُستبعد إن لزم.
- 4. اعتماد صاحب المنصةلا يدخل السؤال الاختبارات الحقيقية إلا بعد أن يعتمده صاحب المنصة بنفسه من لوحة الإدارة. الأسئلة غير المعتمدة لا تظهر في الموقع الرسمي أبدًا.
وبعد النشر نستمر في المراقبة
- تحت كل سؤال في صفحة الحلول زر «أبلغ عن مشكلة في السؤال»، وكل بلاغ يعيد السؤال إلى قائمة المراجعة.
- يرصد النظام الأسئلة التي يجيبها الطلاب بنسب غير طبيعية (سهلة جدًا أو صعبة جدًا بعد عدد كافٍ من المحاولات) لنراجعها.
- نوزّع أسئلة الاختبار الشامل على الوحدات بنسب قريبة من الامتحان الرسمي، ونوازن بين أهداف المعرفة والتطبيق والاستدلال.
خصوصية الأطفال
صُمّمت المنصة لتعمل بأقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. هذا بالضبط ما نحفظه، وما لا نحفظه:

- لا إعلانات ولا ملفات تتبّع إعلانية، ولا نبيع البيانات أو نؤجّرها أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
- إحصاءات الزيارات مجمّعة ولا تحدد هوية الزائر، ولا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط.
- تقرير التقدّم يُرسل فقط إلى البريد الذي يكتبه الطالب أو وليّ أمره، ويمكن إيقاف الإرسال الأسبوعي في أي وقت.
- لوليّ الأمر أن يطلب نسخة من بيانات طفله أو حذفها بالكامل عبر [email protected].
الأمان
- كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
- الدخول إلى الاختبارات دون كلمة مرور: رابط آمن يصل إلى البريد وصالح 30 دقيقة، وجلسة محفوظة في ملف تعريف موقّع لا تقرؤه الصفحات.
- نماذج الموقع محمية من الرسائل الآلية بفحص Cloudflare Turnstile.
- لوحة الإدارة محمية بتسجيل دخول لا يجتازه إلا صاحب المنصة.
- لا نكتب الأسماء أو أرقام الهواتف أو عناوين البريد في سجلات النظام التقنية.
- ملفات الطلبات تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 60 يومًا من التسليم، وروابط التحميل مؤقتة وموقّعة.
الدفع ومزوّد الدفع
الاشتراك في الاختبارات يتم عبر ثواني (Thawani)، بوابة دفع إلكتروني مرخّصة. عند الضغط على «ادفع عبر ثواني» تنتقل إلى صفحة ثواني الآمنة وتُدخل بيانات بطاقتك هناك، ثم تعود إلينا. لا يُفعَّل الاشتراك إلا بعد أن يؤكد خادمنا مباشرة مع ثواني أن الدفع تم، ولا نعتمد على أي رابط يمكن التلاعب به. وإن خُصم المبلغ ولم يتفعّل اشتراكك، راسلنا برقم العملية فنحلّ الأمر.
مزوّدو الخدمة
نستخدم عددًا قليلًا من المزوّدين الموثوقين، يعالجون البيانات بالنيابة عنا وبتعليماتنا فقط: Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والبريد والحماية)، وثواني (الدفع)، وMeta (محادثات الواتساب عند طلب الخدمات)، وAnthropic (مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي يصوغ الردود ويساعد في كتابة الأسئلة، مع مراجعة بشرية). التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.

How questions are written and approved
Every question on the practice-exams platform goes through four stages before a student sees it:
- 1. Written to the curriculumWe start from the course file: its units, lessons and each lesson’s “I can…” outcomes as printed in the student book. Questions are written against those outcomes only, in the style of official exams, and each comes with a short explanation of why the answer is right and what the common mistake is. AI helps with first drafts; nothing is published without the next stages.
- 2. Automatic checksThe system rejects any question that breaks the rules: a lesson not in the course, a missing or out-of-range answer, an incomplete explanation, an unknown drawing, or a duplicate in the same lesson. Quranic verses are matched letter by letter against a reliable source of the Quran text and are never written from memory.
- 3. ReviewEvery new question arrives as “awaiting review”. It is read and tried on the preview site exactly as a student would see it, then corrected or dropped if needed.
- 4. Owner approvalA question enters real exams only after the platform owner approves it personally in the admin panel. Unapproved questions never appear on the official site.
After publishing, we keep watching
- Under every question on the solutions page there is a “Report a problem with this question” button, and each report sends the question back for review.
- The system flags questions that students answer at unusual rates (far too easy or far too hard after enough attempts) so we can review them.
- Full-term exams spread questions across units in proportions close to the official exam, balancing knowledge, application and reasoning.
Children’s privacy
The platform is designed to work with as little data as possible. This is exactly what we keep, and what we don’t:

- No ads and no advertising trackers, and we never sell, rent or share data for marketing.
- Visit statistics are aggregated, do not identify visitors and use no cookies.
- The progress report goes only to the email the student or parent enters, and the weekly email can be turned off at any time.
- A parent can ask for a copy of their child’s data, or for its complete deletion, at [email protected].
Security
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Exams sign-in needs no password: a secure link is emailed and is valid for 30 minutes, and the session is kept in a signed cookie that pages cannot read.
- Site forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- The admin panel is protected by a sign-in only the platform owner can pass.
- We never write names, phone numbers or email addresses to technical system logs.
- Order files are deleted automatically 60 days after delivery, and download links are temporary and signed.
Payment and our payment provider
Exam subscriptions are paid through Thawani, a licensed online payment gateway. When you press “Pay with Thawani” you go to Thawani’s secure page, enter your card there, and come back to us. A subscription is activated only after our server confirms directly with Thawani that the payment went through; we never rely on a link that could be tampered with. If you were charged and your subscription is not active, message us with the transaction number and we will sort it out.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email and protection), Thawani (payment), Meta (WhatsApp chats when ordering services) and Anthropic (an AI assistant that drafts replies and helps write questions, with human review).
